Experience table side ordering and a full-service menu featuring locally sourced and delicious delights such as:
- Pastrami burger – 100% Japanese Wagyu beef patty layered with pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and crispy potato chips
- Fried cheese curdz – golden pillows of puffed perfection
- Truffle fondue friez – crispy on the outside and steamy on the inside and oh so special on top

Daniel started his illustrious career on the Vegas Strip. He’s honed his craft and skills with the likes of Wolfgang Puck at SPAGO’S and even dabbled with Sparrow & Wolf over in Chinatown. He’s mastered traditional French cuisine and blends it with the flavors and techniques of Asia.
Chef Daniel is renowned for Now Boujee Burgerz. He sources 5th generation Wagyu beef to create masterpieces and then presents them with things like beef bacon and wagyu brined pastrami on top!
