This Privacy Policy explains how PHLV LLC ("PHLV," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through thepepperminthippo.com (the "Site"), our online VIP package and free ride booking, our emails, and our other communications with you. PHLV LLC operates Peppermint Hippo Las Vegas, an adult nightlife entertainment venue at 1531 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104.

By using the Site or booking with us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Use also apply. Text messages, if any, are sent by Club Flow under its own terms: SMS Terms (https://book.thepepperminthippo.com/legal/sms-terms.html) and SMS Privacy Policy (https://book.thepepperminthippo.com/legal/sms-privacy.html).

1. Adults 21 and older only

Peppermint Hippo Las Vegas is an adult nightlife venue. The Site and online booking are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. Every guest must be 21 or older and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at the door. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 21, we will delete it, except where we must keep a record to comply with law or to enforce our admission rules. Do not submit information about anyone under 21.

2. Information we collect

A. Information you give us

Booking details: first and last name, email address, phone number, arrival date and time, party size, the package you choose, the lead guest's name, notes, and any promo code.
Ride details, for free rides and rides included with a VIP package: your pickup street address or hotel, pickup date and time, party size, and any pickup note you add.
Confirmations you make at booking: that you are 21 or older, that you agree to our Guarantee and Refund Policy, and that you have read our dress code.
Payment information: you enter your card details into our payment processor's secure form. We receive a payment token, the last four digits of the card, and transaction and refund references. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
Contact, callback, and waitlist forms: name, email address, phone number, topic, and your message or note.
Website chat: questions you type into our website chat assistant, and your name and phone number if you ask us to call you back.
Job applications: name, email address, phone number, the role and location you apply for, availability, experience, social media links you choose to provide, a résumé, and any optional photo.

B. Information collected automatically

Device and log information: IP address, browser and device type (user agent), pages requested, and the date and time of requests. We store the IP address and browser type with each booking.
Campaign information: if you arrive through an advertising or marketing link, we store the campaign parameters in that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, utm_id) and Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid). We keep these in a first-party cookie and in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days and save them with any reservation you make, so we can tell which campaigns lead to bookings and visits.
Site preferences stored on your device: your age-gate choice (remembered for 30 days), your language choice (remembered for one year), and your choice on our measurement banner.
Measurement and advertising tags: only if you select "Allow" on our measurement banner, we load the measurement and advertising tags configured for this Site, which are provided by Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager). These tags may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and whether you started or completed a booking or ride request. See Section 7.

C. Information created when you use our services

Your booking or confirmation code and digital pass.
Check-in time and the number of guests who arrived.
Ride status (for example, driver assigned, on the way, arrived, completed) and estimated wait time.
Records of entry refusals, as described in our Guarantee and Refund Policy.
Records of the emails we send you and their delivery status.

D. Information from service providers

Payment results, refunds, and chargebacks from our payment processor.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

Create and manage your reservation or free ride, issue your digital pass, and check your party in at the door.
Process payments, upgrades you request, refunds, and chargebacks, and keep accounting and tax records.
Dispatch rides, estimate wait times, and update you about your ride.
Show your pickup address, pickup time and pickup note to our dispatch and door staff, and include them in your booking confirmation email.
Send booking confirmations, receipts, and other service emails.
Answer questions, callback requests, and other inquiries.
Review job applications.
Enforce our age, ID, and house rules, and protect the safety and security of our guests, staff, and venue.
Measure which advertising campaigns lead to bookings and visits.
Operate, secure, and improve the Site, and prevent fraud and abuse.
Comply with law, legal process, and requests from government authorities.

4. Your phone number

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use your phone number only to contact you about your booking or ride, for example when our staff or driver needs to reach you, and to find your booking when you contact us. This Site does not send text messages.

We share your phone number only with our staff and drivers, with the service providers that host and store our data, and, if you accept a company-paid ride from a third-party rideshare provider, with that provider so it can arrange your ride (see Section 6). These providers may not use your phone number for their own marketing.

5. Text messages

This Site does not send text messages. We send booking confirmations, your digital pass, ride updates, reminders, and sign-in and verification codes by email, and we show them on screen. Text messages, if any, are sent by Club Flow under its own terms: SMS Terms (https://book.thepepperminthippo.com/legal/sms-terms.html), SMS Privacy Policy (https://book.thepepperminthippo.com/legal/sms-privacy.html), and SMS Opt-In Policy (https://book.thepepperminthippo.com/legal/sms-opt-in.html).

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only as described below.

Service providers that work on our behalf and are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us:
- payment processing (Authorize.net);
- our former text message provider (Twilio), which may hold records of texts sent to our number;
- email delivery (Microsoft 365);
- website hosting, database, and storage providers;
- the provider of our website chat assistant, which receives the text of chat questions, up to 500 characters, so it can phrase an answer;
- measurement and advertising providers, only if you allow measurement on our banner.
Ride providers: if we offer, and you accept, a company-paid ride from a third-party rideshare provider instead of a house vehicle, we give that provider your name, mobile number, and pickup and drop-off details to arrange the ride.
Our staff and drivers, who see the information needed to check you in, serve your package, and complete your ride.
Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers.
Government authorities, law enforcement, and other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our guests, staff, the venue, or others.
A buyer or successor, if PHLV LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to information transferred.

Section 4 limits all of the sharing above as it applies to your phone number and any text message consent records.

7. Cookies, local storage, and third-party tracking

We use cookies and browser local storage to run the Site and the booking flow, remember your age-gate and language choices, keep the campaign information described in Section 2.B, and remember your measurement choice.

If you select Allow, we load measurement and advertising tags from Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager). If you don't select Allow, these tags don't load. If you allow them, those providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and online services, under their own privacy policies. Some Site pages also show an embedded Google Map, which Google provides and which may collect information about your device when the page loads.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Clearing local storage also clears your measurement choice. Some features, including booking, may not work without essential cookies and storage. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, including legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and security needs. Then we delete it or make it de-identified. Specifically:

Reservations, ride bookings, payment and refund records, and receipts: 7 years after the arrival date.
Logs of the emails we sent, and consent and message records: 5 years after your last interaction with us. We keep a record of a STOP request for as long as needed to honor it.
Entry refusal records and security records: 1 year, except active bans, which are kept while the ban is in force, or longer if needed for an investigation, claim, or legal hold.
Contact, callback, and waitlist submissions, and website chat questions: 1 year.
Job applications, résumés, and photos: 1 year after we receive the application or make a hiring decision, whichever is later.
Campaign information in your browser: up to 90 days. Age-gate choice: 30 days. Language choice: one year.
Ride tracking links stop working two hours after the ride is complete.
One-time verification codes expire after five minutes.

We may keep information longer when the law requires it, or to resolve a dispute, enforce our agreements, or comply with a legal hold.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encryption in transit, access controls for staff, and payment card handling through our payment processor's secure form. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and how to review or change your information

To review or correct the personal information we hold from your booking, or to ask us to delete it, call 702-473-9977 or write to 1531 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104. Include your name, the email or phone number you used, and your confirmation code if you have one. We will verify your request using information we already have before we act on it. We may keep information that we are required or permitted by law to keep.
Text messages: this Site does not send text messages. Text messages, if any, are sent by Club Flow under its own terms (see Section 5).
Measurement and advertising tags: select "Not now" on the measurement banner, or clear your browser's local storage to choose again.
Booking emails are service messages about requests you made. We do not send marketing emails.

Job applicants

If you apply for a job with us through our careers page, we collect what you send us: your name and contact details, the role you're applying for, your answers to our application questions, your résumé or work history, any optional photo or link you choose to share, and whether you confirm you meet the minimum age for the club you're applying to (21, or 18 for North Little Rock). We use this information only to review your application, contact you about it, and meet our legal obligations. Only the people involved in hiring, and the service providers who host our site and files, can see it. We do not sell it or use it for marketing. We keep application records for 1 year after we receive your application or make a hiring decision, whichever is later, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, while a claim is pending). If you're hired, your application becomes part of your personnel file. To ask what information we hold about your application, or to ask us to delete it, contact us using the details in the Contact section of this policy. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.

11. Nevada privacy rights

This section applies to Nevada consumers under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

PHLV LLC does not sell covered information, as "sale" is defined in NRS 603A.333.

Please include your name, the email address and phone number you used with us, and your confirmation code if you have one, so that we can verify your request. We will respond to a verified request within 60 days after we receive it. If we reasonably need more time, we may extend that period by up to 30 days, and we will tell you if we do.

The categories of covered information we collect, the categories of third parties with whom we may share it, how you can review and request changes to your information, whether third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites, how we notify you of material changes, and the effective date of this Privacy Policy are described in Sections 2, 6, 10, 7, 14, and the top of this Privacy Policy.

12. Other Peppermint Hippo locations

This Privacy Policy covers Peppermint Hippo Las Vegas and the online booking and rides that PHLV LLC provides through this Site. It does not cover text messages sent by Club Flow, which Club Flow's own SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy govern. The Site also has pages about other Peppermint Hippo locations. Booking links for those locations may take you to other websites, which their own privacy policies govern. Admission rules for other locations do not change the 21+ rule at Peppermint Hippo Las Vegas.

13. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make material changes, we will also post a notice on the Site before the changes take effect.
